In the first part of this series, I introduced the so-called Vienna Anonymous (VA) manuscript and explained why I believe it is extremely important to our scholarship concerning the Northern Italian system of rapier combat.
Then I started working through some of the lessons I took from the VA and described their importance to my own practice.
Here I’ll continue working through some of the things that changed my instruction, or that happily reinforced what I was already doing.
